How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from ValTraq, please follow the steps below. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Steps to Request Deletion

Send an Email

Send your deletion request to support@valtraqapp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include Your Information

In your email, please include your full name and the email address associated with your ValTraq account so we can locate your data.

We Process Your Request

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Vehicle photographs associated with your account
  • Activity logs and usage data

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal, accounting, or security purposes, including:

  • Payment transaction records (required for financial compliance)
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
  • Data required to comply with legal obligations

Retained data will be kept for the minimum period required by law and will not be used for any other purpose.
